Pug Works Services LLC (“Pug Works Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit pugworksservices.com or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact & quote requests: when you fill out a form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, home size, and any details you include in your message.
- Service & account information: if you become a customer, we keep records needed to serve you — property and equipment details, service history, appointments, and, if you use our online customer portal, your login email and account preferences.
- Communications: emails, calls, texts, and messages you exchange with us.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We retain limited, non-sensitive details such as the card brand, last four digits, and billing records needed to service your account.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: when you visit our site, we and our analytics provider automatically receive standard information such as your IP address (used to estimate general location), browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates/times of visits.
- Cookies: small files stored by your browser that help the site function and let us measure traffic (see Cookies & Google Analytics).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and free in-home assessments;
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on maintenance services;
- Process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and receipts;
- Send service-related messages (appointment reminders, receipts, account notices) and, if you opt in, occasional updates;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
- Understand how our website is used so we can make it better; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account and service history, comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and trusted providers such as Stripe and Amazon Web Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access & updates: you can review and update your account and contact details through our customer portal or by contacting us.
- Marketing messages: you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages (such as receipts and appointment notices).
